Getting Started

It is very easy to set up Teamtech Data Backup and start your backups running.

We provide you with the ability to automatically do an offsite backup of all your critical data in a 100% secure environment.

We have made the process VERY simple and EASY:

• Register for our service - simply call our office, and a form will be delivered to you. Fill in your details and submit the form by electronic or personal.

• You will receive an email from us asking you to confirm your registration. Upon confirmation we will send an IT specialist to you. He or she will install and configure the program on your server or PC.

• Once we have installed the program and configured it, you are ready to do your first backup, and subsequent backups.

• At the end of the first try month, while your data is being securely backed up, send us a cheque or call or make a transfer into our account equivalent to the cost of the chosen package and you can continue using our secure, safe and reliable backup service.

• During the course of this process you will be receiving emails reports from our program to inform you about the state of each backup.

Account Startup – GH¢ 100.00 once off

 

Up to 2GB - GH¢ 45 per month

Up to 4GB - GH¢ 50 per month

Up to 5GB - GH¢ 55 per month

Up to 6GB - GH¢ 60 per month

Up to 7GB - GH¢ 65 per month

Up to 10GB - GH¢ 70 per month

Up to 15GB - GH¢ 75 per month

Up to 20GB - GH¢ 80 per month

More that 20GB – Subject to quotation

 

Archiving

Up to 10GB per annum - GH¢ 200

Up to 20GB per annum - GH¢ 290

Up to 30GB per annum - GH¢ 410

Up to 40GB per annum - GH¢ 500

More that 50GB – Subject to quotation

 

A data history of five days will be stored by Teamtech for subscribers of the Teamtech Data Backup Service.

 

We shall be responsible for maintenance and any troubleshooting issues directly related to the backup.

All prices are VAT exclusive

All prices are per machine

All TRIAL customers will get a maximum of 1GB allocated to their account for one month.

The TRIAL group is purely to be used for testing and cannot be relied on as your only backup.
